Warranty for New machines
Fast Vending Machines (FVM) offers a warranty covering New vending machines for up to 24 months from the date of purchase. This warranty addresses manufacturing defects under normal usage, with FVM’s commitment focused on replacing or repairing vending machine parts at its sole discretion, provided the defective part is demonstrated.
During the initial year, FVM’s responsibility is limited to replacing or repairing vending machine parts at the discretion of fastvendingmachines.com, given that the defective product is returned to Fast Vending Machines. In the second year under the Parts Warranty, FVM’s obligation is to provide replacement parts with a 50% deductible for each part, returned to Fast Vending Machines, and paid by the customer before replacement.
The Parts Warranty specifically covers the replacement or repair of parts and excludes labor costs or any shipping expenses. This warranty does not extend to:
– Vending machine removal or installation expenses
– Loss of vending products used
– Income lost due to machine downtime
– Normal wear and tear of vending machine parts
– Damage resulting from:
– Negligent use or vandalism
– Dropping the vending machine resulting in damage
– Shipping damage if not noted at the delivery on the delivery bill of lading
– Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or alteration of the vending machine by anyone other than an authorized representative of Fast Vending Machines.
The credit card reader and associated optional components on New vending machines are warranted by Fast Vending Machines for one year from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to these components.
Fast Vending Machines’ dedicated parts and service division, is the exclusive point of contact for all in-warranty and out-of-warranty service and maintenance requests for New vending machines. On-site vending machine maintenance and service support are available upon customer request, and We offers complimentary lifetime phone technical support and remote repair support services to all Fast Vending Machines customers.
